Course Fees

  • Payment Timing: Your tuition fee is locked in when you enroll. All fees are paid in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are due as soon as your enrollment is confirmed.

  • Payment Plans: You can pay your fees in full, or you can split fee into quaterly installments, if Head of Admissions agree to this in writing. Installment(s) are due on the first week of the quarter month.

  • Certificates & Grades: We cannot issue certificates, transcripts, or official reference letters until your tuition fees are paid in full.

  • Bank Charges: If you pay via international bank transfer, you are responsible for paying any transfer fees charged by the banks.

Cooling-Off Period & Refunds

The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You have a 14-calendar-day window starting from your program’s official start date to change your mind. You do not need to give a reason. We will refund your tuition fee minus a £150 admin fee.

How to request a cooling-off refund:

  1. Email our team at admissions@tnheinstitute.com with your name, student ID, and course title.

  2. We will send you a Refund Request Form within 2 working days. Fill it out and email it back to the Finance Team.

  3. Once approved, your money will be sent back to your original payment method within 14 working days.

After the 14-Day Window

Once the 14 days have passed, tuition fees are strictly non-refundable. We will only consider exceptional refunds for:

  • A serious medical condition that stops you from studying (you must show medical proof).

  • The death of an immediate family member during your course.

  • Visa Refusal: If you are an international student and your UK visa is officially denied before you travel (see Section 2.3).

  • A major change made by TNHE Institutethat drastically alters the course you signed up for.

Note: You must submit any exceptional refund requests along with paperwork within 30 days of the event. TNHE Institute’s final decision is binding.

Visa Refusal Refunds

If you are an international student and your UKVI visa application is officially refused before you travel, you can apply for a tuition refund minus a £150 admin fee, as long as:

  • You email the official Home Office refusal letter to TNHE Institute within 14 days of getting it.

  • You have not started your classes yet.

  • You submit the refund request within 30 days of the refusal date.

Note:TNHE Institute cannot refund any visa application fees you paid directly to the Home Office.

Late Payments

Please make your payments on time. If you know you cannot pay on time, email the Finance Team before the due date to explain why and suggest a new date.

  • Late Charge: If a payment is late by 7 days and you did not give us advance notice, a £50 late fee will be added to your account.

  • Interest: We may add interest charges to balances that remain unpaid for a long time.

  • Suspension: If your account is overdue by more than 14 days, your access to online learning platforms (Moodle) and live classes may be paused. We will reactivate your access as soon as the debt is settled.

Debt Recovery

If fees remain unpaid and you do not respond to our attempts to fix the issue directly, TNHE Institute reserves the right to hand your account over to an external collections agency. If this happens, you will have to pay all the collection costs on top of what you already owe.

Changes to Programs

Sometimes TNHE Institute needs to update course content, timetables, or how classes are taught. If these changes are major, we will offer you a suitable alternative course or a partial refund for the parts of the course not delivered. If TNHE Institute cancels a course intake entirely, we will refund all your money in full within 14 working days.

Ending Your Enrollment

TNHE Institute can end your enrollment if you break school rules, disrupt classes, fail to pay your fees, or give us fake academic certificates. If your enrollment is ended because of bad behavior or misconduct, no refund will be issued.
